As 2023 draws to a close, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on this past year. After 45 years of service, we executed a rebrand to reflect who we are as brand ambassadors. I want to thank each of you for your engagement and flexibility during this process.
We focused on 3 key pillars: a superior user experience, guaranteed brand consistency, and unrivaled project execution. We launched a project management team to ensure your projects are delivered on time and on brand. We rolled out WebJaguar, a powerful new e-commerce platform that is the new backbone of our global merchandised store programs (brand stores). For our enterprise clients, we implemented volume rebates to drive brand consolidation - a first in our field.
More excitement coming in 2024 including your enhanced shopping experience with your special pricing shown on products.brandor.com. Our new HQ in Hanover MD is nearing completion and we will start moving in by springtime.
Most of all, I’m amazed by this team’s passion, creativity, and dedication in good times and bad.
